SCAPER FOR MANURE REMOVAL

The best way to remove the manure from open manure passages of UNIBOX farms is automatic delta-scraper. Due removal of manure is necessary to maintain good conditions for animal in the premises as it improves significantly the ambient air reducing ammonium level and thus providing clear and comfort conditions for cows.

For effective removal of manure without bedding from open manure passages of the animal farms, UNIBOX offers its solution: automatic delta-scrapers. The entire system and its elements are designed to provide optimal protection of animals. Cleaning procedure is rather slow to eliminate obstacles for animal pass. Patented cow detection system arrests either caterpillars or actuator of scraper in case of overload. Thus the injury of animals and animal location is avoided during passage cleaning.

The design of power unit provides cleaning of 8 passages. Subject to Customer’s demand we offer or digit or analogue control. Caterpillar system is of very low operating costs and user friendly. Additional weight of power unit of the scraper is designed for better cleaning in every removal cycle. Double ratchet-gear eliminates disconnection and assures cleaning of wider and longer passages.
