AUTOMATIC REMOVAL OF MILKING UNITS

Automatic system of milking unit removal traces precisely and consequently milk flow during milking. Upon termination of milking process it cuts vacuum supply, milking unit is removed off cow’s udder automatically. Lift cylinder is available in stainless steel that means resistance and reliability. The system is easily adjusted with milk meter or computer, has the function of re-start of milk meter, i.e. all the data on milk yield are saved in case of eventual drop of milking unit by the cow or its removal.

Automatic removal system of milking units UNIBOX traces milk flow in two lines (main and diversion) and separates milk by pressing the knob only. The function is standard and may be combined with automatic wash of milking units after milking that provides certain advantages.
