By the Order № 147 of the General Manager of JV Unibox Ltd. dated 31.03.2014, the following public housings are included to the housing stock for commercial use:

• house 51 on Yakuba Kolasa street in village Zhuravkovichi;

• apartments 1-5 of the house 6 on Uchkhoz street in urban-type settlement Smilovichi;

• apartment 2 of the house 4 on Uchkhoz street in urban-type settlement Smilovichi;

• apartments 1-2 of the house 5 on Dovatora street in urban-type settlement Smilovichi;

• apartments 1-2 of the house 11 on Uchkhoz street in urban-type settlement Smilovichi;

• house 9 in Dovatora street on urban-type settlement Smilovichi;

• apartments 1-2 of the house 9 on Uchkhoz street in urban-type settlement Smilovichi.

Before the 01.07.2016 there will be concluded contracts for lease of dwelling premises of the public housing designated for commercial use with the occupants of the above-mentioned houses.

People who live in dwelling premises included to the housing stock for commercial use, and as on 31.03.2014 have a right to privatize these dwelling premises, may exercise their right until 01.07.2016.
