Multipurpose air-sieve cleaner is designed for primary and secondary cleaning of crops, grain, cereals, leguminous, oil cultures, maize, sunflower and grass seeds from large, middle and small impurities. It is installed in line with technological machines, aggregates and complexes, bread collectors and elevators in all agricultural zones. The machine integrates an effective sieving system. Precise stroke and frequency oscillation of sieves are complemented with pr- and secondary aspiration.

• Hopper (perfect grain feed on all the width of the machine by adjustable supply valve with two vibrators);

• Pre-aspiration system (light and volatile impurities are removed by air flow at discharge of the hopper, are transferred into expansion chamber and are discharged into dust duct by worm);

• sieves (L x H = 800 х 1250 mm) with round or slit holes (for sieving, calibration and sorting, effective cleaning with rubber balls in cells of sieve activator of a new generation. Sieve replacement without removing cells of activator);

• eccentric drive of sieve panel;

• secondary aspiration (light particles sucked by air flow on air sieve machine discharge and through air channel are removed into expansion chamber and then by worm into dust duct);

• flaps to adjust air flow in pre- and further aspiration system;

• adjustable air flow (worm-and-wheel gearbox).
