MILKING UNITS
Milking unit of UNIBOX is a special combination of collector, cartridges and super soft teat rubber. It is made of high quality robust materials that increase its resistance and sanitation. Milk flow is well observed through transparent collector cup.

LINER
Super elastic liner in milking units of UNIBOX differs by special higher effect. Our liner assures higher yield of milk and minimum sliding level among those available in the market.

PULSATION SYSTEM

AUTO START
AUTO START is an innovation system of automatic activation of milking process with milking unit. With this option you don’t need to press the button before milking.

AUTOMATIC REMOVAL OF MILKING UNITS
Automatic system of milking unit removal traces precisely and consequently milk flow during milking. Upon termination of milking process it cuts vacuum supply, milking unit is removed off cow’s udder automatically.

AUTOMATIC WASH AND SANITATION OF MILKING UNITS
Automatic washing, drying, blowing and sanitation of each unit after milking of every cow is indispensible to maintain hygienic conditions of milking and to eliminate mastitis infection agents like Staph Aureus.

DIVERSION LINE
Unique system of milk separation during milking process to sort milk by pressing only one knob. The system integrates milk line, isolation valve, separate milk tank and milk pump.

AUTOMATIC FEEDING IN BARN

Individual stalls are the best way to control cows in the milking parlor. Their design allows each animal to occupy a clearly defined place that facilitates and speeds up parlor loading. All milking places are taken sequentially as cows enter the parlor.

BARS FOR HEAD FIXATION
