ROTARY MILKING PARLOR
Rotary milking parlor made by UNIBOX according to DairyMaster technologies currently are an ideal solution for commercial dairy farms with large milk herds and flow-line milk production. They have adopted many technological solutions rendering milking process perfect.
Principle difference of rotary milking parlors from all the previous ones is zero milking front, i.e. the animals are transferred to the operator on a slowly rotating platform; the operator treats the udder and connects the
milking units even without changing his place that means minimum man power consumption. A lot of special technological solutions render such parlors optimal in the balance chain Man-Cow-Milk, and its constituents: ergonomics, staff engagement, quality and quantity of gained products.
Milking platform is mounted on steel rolls of trapezoid shape with edges; the rolls are made with very high precision up to decimals of mm that assures smooth run. Milk meters inside integrated into the platform eliminate water or manure contamination that is comfortable and safe for sampling. Additional manometer is mounted inside the platform providing milking parlor control.
The advantages of rotary milking parlors of UNIBOX (DairyMaster technology):
• The most upgraded, comfortable and effective system of milking
• The highest level of automatics
• Maximum gain (calculated on heads served by one operator per time unit)
• Minimum labor costs
• Comfort operation conditions and guarantee of safety for the operator
• Ready payback of the equipment and achievement of high rate of profitability
• Comfort conditions for animals: cows move to milking parlor readily, and are calm during milking.
Today no other milking parlor is competitive with rotary one in gain and quality of milk. Special design of rotary floor provides maximum traffic capacity. Rotary floor speed is variable. The control is near operator’s place, hence the operator avoids additional movements and if necessary can arrest immediately the rotary floor. Emergency stop can be activated from any place around the floor.
The handle of milking unit holds the latter in optimal position during milking and entry/exit of the animal. If the cow is milked not completely it is directed to the second circle.
