There are many configurations of parallel parlors: from basic arrangement to complete automatics. Stall system of parallel parlors holds carefully the cow in place during milking. Stalls are ideal to control the cows and provide quick and safe parlor loading and precise sequence of animal positioning according to their entry into the milking parlor. After milking the stalls are lifted providing sufficient space for cows’ exit off the milking parlor.

Protective duct of stainless steel is another option of parallel milking parlors; it integrates milk tubing and pulse line. Automatic extractor of cartridges or milk meters are mounted inside the duct, operators control is outside. The duct is protected and guards the devices, and its design provides easy access for maintenance.

In traditional parallel parlor each milking place is equipped with milking unit. It is ideal for farms to optimize workspace or if milking is grouped. Actual upgrading with Swing-over system is more effective, comfortable, and ergonomic as only one milking unit serves for two opposite places. The design of the parlor provides maximum comfort for personnel and animals, higher gain and efficiency. The characteristic feature of Swing-over is swinging arms of stainless steel that provides easy shift of milking unit in the parlor. Further, the system permits up to 15% to save investment and operating costs.
