MILK PUMPING SPEED CONTROL
Speed control of milk pumping provides effective cooling and smooth transportation of milk into the tank and water flow in cooling system.
The operation principle is speed adjustment of milk pump rotary drive subject to milk volume in the milk collector. Less milk level in the collector slower pump speed. It assures smooth milk flow through plate heat exchangers and better cooling of milk.
