AUTOMATIC FEEDING IN BARN

точное нормирование корма в зависимости от удоя, вес и дня лактации, экономия кормов, сокращение трудозатрат

The system is designed for distribution of forage daily of it is necessary to feed the cows with concentrates. Individual feeding of cows based on milk yield and lactation facilitates milk production, fertility and general health conditions of animals.

Automatic feeding in stalls results in high productivity and health of cows, saving costs for feeding and eliminating over-feeding because of individual approach to each animal.

All system elements in contact with concentrates are made of stainless steel. Dosage unit follows the technologies proved by experience of distribution and application if milking parlors. Distribution system measures precisely the ratio. When the cow comes to the manger, identification system reads the information from ear transponder and doses the ratio determined for the cow according to feed schedule if necessary time passed from feeding.

The system monitors the location of cow in feed station, distribution of forage only if the cow is traced. If the cow misses feeding time, the quantity of unfed forage will be distributed between other takings. Feeding system in barns facilitates feeding and renders it more precise. As the forages are one of the main costs in dairy farms, their ration and efficiency are fundamental for farm profit.

The system works with three types of forages. The mangers may be located or separately or in groups subject to barn layout.

Management of automatic feeding system in barn is performed via software Herd management. Program data are used for individual determination of forage quantity. Calculation of ratio is made on user’s parameters subject to yield of milk, body weight or lactation period.
