AUTOMATIC WASHING OF MILKING PARLOR


Automatic washing of milking parlor provides effective cleaning on regular basis. Automatic washing is designed for all parlor types.
Automatic washing provides the choice of various washing cycles by pressing only one knob.
Automatic washing is designed for all types of parlors. It is available in stainless steel case with two valves and control.

Usually automatic washing system is mounted above the tank of stainless steel. It controls washing of milking parlor saving manpower. If it is mounted in the parlor it controls the internal parlor. It assures precise dosing of set quantities of detergents and water. Automatic supply of detergents means their storage in a safety place. Control panel of washing device applies very low tension for electric safety under higher level of moisture. Washing device controls the entire cycle of washing in milking parlor. It is connected with the machines including milk meter and automatic removal of milking units to provide the best discontinuous washing.
Additional option is water recycling after washing for further usage in other operations at the farm.

  • Rinse before milking is programmed for automatic start: 3 rinses every 24 h;
  • Safety valve eliminates eventual start if milking parlor is connected to washing system incorrectly. Thus, detergents are eliminated from cooling tank;
