Automatic milk sorting according to its grade operates with milk meter, automatic milk unit removal or in independent mode.

The main advantage of the system is that there is no need to disconnect tubes or connect additional devices during milking and washing the parlor. Milk diversion line provides pre-milking directly on the parlor. No additional water is necessary for the system.

Along with mastitis milk solution the diversion line is used to collect milk of higher concentration of protein and fat in a separate tank. This special option is most effective in the production of certain dairy products. Further, the system may be used in case of one milking parlor served by several farmers who joint their investments to found an integrated dairy farm still with separate milk yield.

The system reduces manpower and milking time. Diversion lines can be applied in milking parlors of rotary, parallel, swing-over and fishbone types.
