PULSATION SYSTEM
Special synchronized system with digit control reduces vacuum consumption to minimum and provides smooth massage of udder teats.
Our pulsation system is recognized as a leading one according to criteria of reliability, steady operation and comfort maintenance. Digit controllers visualize frequency and ratio of pulse intervals on the front panel of pulsation controller. The usage of cascade system reduces vacuum consumption. Frequency and ratio of pulse intervals is easily adjusted.
Washing mode of pulsators provides their clean conditions and saving of the best pulsation parameters. Additional air duct reduces noise level in the milking parlor and provides the filtration of air flow to the pulsators.
The research evidences that vacuum level at the tip of the teat in UNIBOX milking system is practically similar to natural one either during milking or at rest stage. Vacuum pattern of UNIBOX milking system is similar to suction of cow udder by the calf.
Yield increase and improvement of genetics set new tasks before the developers of milking technology that shall be a step ahead. One of such steps was the development of a new udder simulator. It permits to record vacuum level parameters in under-teat camber at various levels of milk yield. The analysis of the data obtained brings to the conclusion on operation features of milking devices.
