Cellular cases are the most important part of cellular cylinders used for separation of grain lengthwise on grain purification lines.
Group of Companies UNIBOX produces cellular cases that are the most important part of cellular cylinders for separation of grain based on the difference of length on grain purification limes.
The process of treatment of cases provides usage of stamped cellular tin sheets of specified size that are rolled on bending machine. Diameter of case may be 400, 500, 600, 614, 700, 714, 900 mm and further (under the request). Further, rolled tin is transferred holders of diameter and length equal to cases; the sheets are controlled and welded in cylinders (if the cases are integrate) or (if they are removable) are fitted with clamps and elements that make them completely removable and that match the existing cellular cylinders of various types. The final treatment of the surface is performed after cleaning with electrostatic coloring (under request).
Thorough QC like stamping trade mark of the manufacturer that assures high precision and easy identification for further replacement. Plane cellular tin and cellular cases are supplied in safety package.
The applied technology permits to produce over 100 types of cellular tin with cell size of various shapes, diameter, depth and angle.
Wear-resistant steel sheets are treated on punch machine with numeric control that permits to stamp integral pieces of tin without welding and of the desired size.
Application of high resistant steel sheets, the shape and very precise treatment of punches and matrixes results in stamping without stretching and residual structural tension.
