GRAVITY TABLE

Designed for separation of uniform structure and size grains with different density or surface asperity (roughness).
Example. Separation of Paddy rice grains form hulled rice or barley and oats grains from wheat and rye. The product is smoothly distributed by the feeder in channels for treatment, joint force of slope and return oscillations induces the grain to move, the wastes go up and smooth grain with high specific weight goes down.
The main blocks:
1 – base; 2 –drive; 3 – top; 4 – feeder; 5 – inspection hole; 6 – slope regulator; 7 – outlet for passed grain; 8 – outlet for wastes
Table top is designed for sorting: grain feeding, channel at 7 levels, support frame with guides of movement and slope in oscillatory motion from the drive.
Support frame form roll shapes, main drive shaft, drive and electric motor and wedge belt transmission, trapezoidal belts, oscillation adjustment and slope of top table.
Advantages of gravity table MCG-70
• Operative chamber are available in stainless steel, robust and durable. Their location at different levels increase output at small dimensions.
• Table slope is adjustable by regulator on the frame. The adjustment is simple and precise without arresting the operation.
Application field:
• Seed sorting shops (separation of cereal seeds of low weight, poor germination, rough surface and germinated seeds and coarse seeds);
• Elevators (to separate germinated seeds);
• Mills (to separate hard and soft grain, soil, stones, garlic seeds, ergot, etc.);
• Malthouse (to separate dried malt, grain of light barley and oat from brewer’s barley;
• Butter factories (separation of stones, soil, shell);
• Rice factories (separation of crude and cleaned rice);
• Alimentary plants (separation of any seeds different in weight, shape, and grains out of standard).
