Manual asymmetric bypasses OPA
Two-way manual reverse bypasses are designed for changing flow of loose materials. Calibrated chain and special pulley switches plug of bypass to change the flow of the material. Inductive sensor controls the position of the plug. The plug of bypass is covered with soft polymer material to eliminate damage and spill of the product. Valve metal thickness is 3.0 mm. Nominal bore of bypass is 150 x 150 mm. The parts are covered with powder enamel.
Bypasses have pneumatic cylinder with inductive sensor for automatic switching of flow of loose materials.
Pneumatic gate ZP
Pneumatic gate is designed for grain discharge from silo, hoppers and equipment. It resists large weight of grain against standard one. Further, it may be activated by pneumatic drive that facilitates technological process control distantly. The construction provides product flow valve to change the quantity of product per time unit.
Operation principle
Hard choke is in bended profile and moves on rollers by pneumatic cylinder pin.
Technical advantages
• Gate resists large weight of grain while opened or closed;
• Slide plate is on the rollers to eliminate distortion and jam of the gate during operation;
• It may be used for gravity flow of diameter (to 150 mm);
• Gate frame is made of bended profile 3 mm thickness that reduces total gate weight without loss of resistance and stability of the construction, and slide plate is made of metal 4 mm thickness;
• Pneumatic cylinder with inductive sensor to eliminate eventual movements and positions of slide plate;
• Product flow switch.
The gate may be supplied with auxiliary devices, in particular analogue outlet that visualized on display of computer the per cent of slide plate opening. The gate is made in climatic version UXL class 4.2. GOST 15150.
