PNEUMATIC SORTING TABLE

Designed for cleaning seeds from non-separated impurities different from main texture of the culture by weight, shape and surface features.

Application:
• Treatment of seed grain, maize, fine seeds, beans, cotton, oil cultures, grass, rice; vegetable grain, lentil, pea, chick-pea, beans, café, peanuts, oil cultures, grass, rice;
• Treatment of seed grain off vegetable grain, lentil, pea, chick-pea, beans, café, peanuts, hazel, almond, etc.;
• Separation of metals, plastics, rubber, lumber, minerals;
• Sorting of tree seeds, beans, crops, grass.

Treated seeds are practically of the same size and are constantly fed from charging chute of vibrohopper onto the treatment surface (decks) providing its total load. The slope of the platform is adjusted within rated range in axial and cross directions. Treatment surface is covered with wire fabric or tissue; hence grain flow is separated according to its specific weight under air pressure.
Return motion of the table provides hard particles to pass to higher level of the deck, and light ones to lower level. As inertial separator is sensitive to the difference of weight of the material, feed speed, intensity and frequency of inclined oscillation of platform and air pressure change continuously.

Pneumatic sorting table includes the main units:

1 – body; 2 – sorting table; 3 – vibrofeeder; 4 – product discharge; 5 – control panel; 6 – base; 7 – cover; 8 – filter.

Construction features:
• Totally closed machine;
• Direct adjustment of operation zone (table) of the machine in axial and cross directions;
• Rectangular platform with variable frequency of oscillations;
• Easy and quick change of operative plate;
• Uniform distribution of compressed air from fan under operative plate.
Air flow is 500 M3/min. air is supplied in conditioning system in air ducts and filters along rare wall of the machine.
