Designed for treatment and incrustation of cereals, beans, and technical cultures before sowing.

Treater construction:
• Capacitive dispenser (continuous feeding of treated product to machine);
• Distributor of treatment liquid (spraying of treatment liquid through special profiled plate);
• Mixing tank (uniform mixing of treatment liquid with change material by special blades of variable slope. The tank is available in stainless steel with inspection door for observation and cleaning);
• Metering pump (for treatment liquid);
• Pre-mixer;
• Mixing tank of stainless steel for preparation of the solution, 200 L.

Operative principle
During preparation change material is treated with protective fungicides or insecticides. Treatment liquid is constantly wet seeds supplied into mixing chamber with two discs mounted one above another. The upper plate distributes the seeds, the lower one spray treatment solution pumped from pre-mixer by metering pump with variable capacity subject to product quantity passing capacitive dispenser. Metering pump supply treatment solution in function to grain volume. Liquid and seed are uniformly mixed in mixing tank by the shaft with blades of variable slope. All the parts of the treater in contact with liquid are of stainless steel.
