FLEXIBLE CORRUGATED TUBES


JV UNIBOX Ltd. offers a wide range of flexible corrugated stainless tubes, conforming to Belarusian, European and Russian standards.
Corrugated tubes are made of high-quality stainless steel AISI 304, 304L, 316, which guarantees products long life and increased reliability. The pressure the corrugated stainless tubes Unibox are meant for is significantly higher than the pressure of urban gas and water supply networks.
The available equipment allows us to produce tubes with an outside diameter of 12,7 to 50,8 mm and a wall thickness of 0,15 to 0,3 mm.
We also offer a wide assortment of brass connectors (fittings) with silicone seals with which the tube can be quickly and easily mounted. Due to the special design the installation of corrugated tube is carried out quickly and reliably without the involvement of qualified installers.

Advantages of corrugated stainless tubes:
• Durability (service life of high-alloy stainless tube and brass nuts is not limited);
• Easy installation of the tube;
• The tube does not catch sedimentary material, it is very easy to bend without using any tools, without affecting its flow area, and without causing microcracks and mechanical stress in the metal;
• The tubes are freeze resistant in winter. You can thaw them as a regular steel tube;
• The tube can be used in a wide range of temperatures (up to +550°C) and pressure (up to 15 atm);
• The tubes do not require special monitoring after installation, so the tube can be laid in a screed and under plaster on the wall.
