MULTIPLE SEMITRAILER «PMF-18 (20)»
Multiple semitrailer «PMF-18» is designed for total surface organic manuring (manure, peat, compost). If the distributor unit is dismounted, semitrailer may be used as self-unloading transport for handling various loose agricultural products (grinded green forage, root crops, silo, haylage, peat, etc.).
Semitrailer is mounted on wheel power-supplier tractor of traction class 5 (230 H.P. and more), equipped with hydraulic system, power shaft, traction drawbar and socket to connect lightning.
The machine integrates robust spreader with two vertical conveyors to guarantee high degree of cutting and uniform manuring as well as vast deposit (t0 12 M). The spreader is easily dismounted if the semitrailer operates as transport.
Apart form manuring, tractor with semitrailer can carry 18…30 M3 (with lifted auxiliary board) of any agricultural load. Hydraulic board covers loading hopper, thus the load is secured during transportation. Handling of loads in tractor body during unloading is provided by robust floor chain conveyor with smooth control and hydraulic drive. Total loading takes 6 minutes.
Semitrailer is equipped with pneumatic break of high European standard adapted to the tractor most widely used in CIS. All-metal welded body is distinguished by higher robustness and resistance to corrosion that extends the durability of semitrailer.

Technological process of semitrailer operation is sequence of loads of organic manure in semitrailer, handling to spreading site and uniform distribution of specified dose on surface of camp.
Bucket loader loads organic manure into semitrailer. Transportation to site of spreading is performed with transmission OFF and lower position of rare hydro side.
For manuring rare side is lifted by hydro cylinders to the utmost position, power shaft of tractor is ON to force working units. Chain-drag conveyor transfers the manure from the body to the spreader. Rotating vertical worms of the distributor capture the organic mass, cut with blades and uniformly distribute with paddles on the surface of camp. The dose of manuring is adjusted with speed alteration of feeding chain-drag conveyor.
For handling other agricultural loads the distributor is dismounted. Loading of semitrailer is performed with loading devices in the lower position of rare hydro side, and unloading by chain-drag conveyor of the semitrailer.
Schedule of maintenance of semitrailer: monthly and regular inspection, cleaning, lubrication and adjustment.
