MULTIPLE MOUNTED HOIST PNU-1.2

Multiple mounted hoist PNU-1.2, base set (two pins) is designed for loading-unloading and stacking pressed materials (hay, straw, haylage, soli) and linen bails. The cable of mounted device (feathering grade, bucket, and adaptor for bags Big-Bag) may be used for stacking straw and hay, removing manure, loading-unloading loose materials (sand mixtures, peat, grain, etc.) and containers Big-Bag.
The main advantages of PNU-1.2: the elevator may be successfully used during low season. Your purchase of multiple elevator with set of hinged devices is more rational than several machines with single functions, hence, profit either practical or economic.
It is aggregated with tractor of traction class 1.4, 2.0 and 5.0 (with adaptor).
Elevator construction permits to mount it on front or rare hinge and assures for the operator clear overview. One operator only can replace hinged devices.

Technological process*
Elevator mounted on front or rare hinge of the tractor with two hydraulic cylinders (main and auxiliary) moves to the lowest position. Tractor moves ahead very slowly and shifts the needles into operation position under transported load. At contact with the support the load is slightly raised by hydraulic cylinder to provide stable position while lifting (or transportation). Hydraulic cylinder is responsible for lifting of load to specified height. When unloading, the support is moved downstairs by hydraulic cylinder, and the tractor moves a little back.
