MOUNTED HOIST «PN-1.0»
Mounted hoist «PN-1.0» is designed for loading-unloading and stacking of rolls and bails of pressed hay, straw, haylage, linen onto roll winder, semitrailers.
Adjustable frame and cylindrical heads on pins permit to handle hay rolls without damage of film. Mounting on the front pin of tractor optimizes the costs of loading/unloading.
The hoist is comfortable, user friendly due to multiple aggregation and robust. Two operators can mount it for less half and hour.

Technological process
Hoist mounted on the front hinge of tractor with two hydraulic cylinders (main and auxiliary) moves into the lowest position. Tractor goes slowly ahead the pins in operation position under transported load. At the contact with the support the load is slightly lifted by auxiliary cylinder to provide its stable position during lifting (transportation). The main cylinder is responsible for lifting the load to specified height. During unloading auxiliary cylinder moves the support down, and tractor goes back.
