ROLL WINDER «ОР-160»


Roll winder «ОР-160» is designed for winding in p/e film pressed rolls of hay of straw. It is easily hinged and integrates self-loading system with side fork grip. It is packed with haulage tractors of traction class 1.4 and higher, hydraulic systems with outlets and traction-draw bar.

Roll winder ОР-160 has min.pressure on soil. Double winding and 50% overlap provides four-layer film winding, i.e. protection from damage during transportation and conservation.
Winder (lifting/lowering, winding and ejection of rolls, reverse rotary platform) is controlled from tractor’s cabin.

Technological process

Hoist captures the roll and transfers it on the support cylinders of rotary platform. Rotation of cylinders and platform induces rolls to rotate simultaneously on horizontal and vertical axes, that results in roll winding with p/e film. 
Axial shift of the roll is limited by rollers.
The optimal (for certain operation conditions) elasticity of film is achieved by its pre-tension. After winding the rotary platform is tilted, and rolls are unloaded. P/e film is cut and fixed by arrest and cutting device.
