GRAIN HAMMER MILL «DTC 80»


Grain hammer mill «DTC 80» is designed for grinding seeds of rye, wheat, barley, corn with moisture to 50%, and for fine milled corn silo according to zoo hygiene standards without loss of protein. This technology is a perfect alternative to drying and flattening of grain that requires high labor costs and energy. The mill is robust and is totally safe for the operator.

The construction of the hammer mill: frame, power unit, drawbar (tow bar), receiving bin, crushing chamber, hammer rotor, changeable sieve, delivery screw conveyor, power mechanism, hoist wheels. It is designed with set of changeable sieves to alter crushing degree of various cereal crops. Quick-removable covers serve for sieve change and crushing chamber cleaning. Mechanical gate valve adjusts grain feed.

Tow bar of the mill has two positions: transport and working. In transport position tow bar is fixed with split pin on the front side of the frame. Mill operation is controlled by tractor motor via cardan or electric motor 40 kW. Free rotation of hinging hammers is under gravity. Hammers are available in alloyed steel with thermo-treatment. Bearing units protect from crushed grains and grease leakage. Free-access hopper cereal crops. Alternatively automatic load of crushed grains.

Transport wheels switch in stations adjusting the operative positions of the mill. Mill shift to station is performed by truck that implies handling machinery. Adjustable supports are available.

The construction of the mill provides easy access for replacement and maintenance of working mechanisms. Easy access to thrashing drum assures quick replacement of hammers, cleaning and maintenance in the shortest time.
