MULTIPLE BAILING MACHINE «PPU-120 (165, 180)»


Multiple bailing machine «PPU-120 (165, 180)» is designed for picking linen rolls and pressing them into bails with further winding with cord or net (under the request of the Client) and ejection onto the soil. Different adjustments permit to fix the diameter and density of the bail core subject to linen variety.
Bailing machine is equipped with electronics, unit for linen straw and unit for forming linen bands of uniform thickness. Chain drive assures reliability and roll compression. Front wheel adjusts the height of picking up. Tension bands assure stable compaction from roll center to the last layer.

Technological process

Bailing machine picks prepared linen from the rolls 1.2-1.7 M width.
Picking unit is moved up by hydraulics and is adjusted according to ground level.
Pick up device, transport element and profile rollers control linen feed into compression box where with belts constantly turning around fixed and running rollers, press linen shaping it like cylindrical bales.
When the desired diameter is reached that is 0,5 M… 1,2 M (1,65 M; 1,80 M), в automatic or manual winding is activated from control panel in the tractor cabin.
